By creating an account, downloading, or using the CaloryRoaster AI mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept all terms, you may not access or use our software.

CaloryRoaster AI IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.
All caloric estimates, macro ratios, AI commentary, and artificial intelligence roasts are generated for entertainment and general educational guidance only. Always consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or health professional before beginning any diet regimen.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
CaloryRoaster offers free access alongside premium PRO subscription tiers. Payments are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or non-food content to the AI scanner, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI vision prompts and software code.
